design: USAID

I designed this as part of my work as a contractor to the US Agency for International Development (USAID). I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post this, in case it's classified as government property or something, but I'm not trying to steal it, I just wanted to show that I designed it. Besides, the agency is not using this design anymore, but it was out there for quite some time. I liked the addition of images to a previously text-only page, and the circular image at the top was a rotating image showcasing some of the beneficiaries of the agency's work.
